PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING **ENVWIZARD** ("SOFTWARE"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

## 1. License Grant & Tiers

### 1.1 Free Tier
Dr. OpenSource grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the free tier features of EnvWizard (including manual port detection and manual 1-click unjamming) for personal or commercial development purposes at no cost.

### 1.2 Lifetime Pro License ($9.99 One-Time)
Upon payment of the one-time $9.99 license fee via our authorized reseller (Gumroad), Dr. OpenSource grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to unlock all Pro features (including automated background daemon, AST AI-variable healing, and multi-project routing).
- **Seat Allocation**: A single personal license allows activation on up to **three (3) individual development machines** owned and operated primarily by the designated license holder.
- **No Recurring Fees**: The Pro license is a perpetual, one-time purchase with no subscription renewals.

## 2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, nor permit any third party to:
1. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of proprietary license verification modules, except to the extent permitted by applicable open-source components.
2. Resell, lease, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly share valid license keys.
3. Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

## 3. Privacy & Data Security

EnvWizard operates **100% locally on your machine**.
- The Software does not transmit, store, or monitor your environment secrets, passwords, or API keys over the network.
- License validation is performed securely and cached locally in your editor's native secret storage.
